Form Samples
During my time with the Halifax Regional Center for Education (HRCE), I developed multiple forms for internal use to improve the workflow within the organization. These forms were made in Microsoft PowerApps and often included integration of SharePoint, Power Automate and MS Teams as well. These forms would be used for things like submitting requests that in the past required paper forms or documenting things such as invoices for finance, and would link to SharePoint to store this data while Power Automate would do things like automatically send emails to the relevant people or request approvals in Teams when required. All this combined working towards the goal of bringing the organization into the digital age and streamlining their internal operations.
